How Embroidery Works...
We have a multiple-head embroidery machine that reads designs from an attached computer and sews them onto the product. The process begins with a stock design or a custom design. Custom designs are converted from a typical image format – such as a jpeg, into a digital format that the embroidery machine can read. This process is known as digitizing. Once the file is digitized, we can load the file on the computer and the machine will now know where to place the stitches and in what color.
Embroidery is great on hats, polos, and outerwear – to name just a few. One of the major benefits is that it lends a very professional tone to the item it is added to. We recommend embroidery on almost all higher end products. What is Tackle Twill?Tackle twill is fabric shapes or letters sewn directly on to the garment. This is a cost effective way to cover large areas without using thousands of stitches. It also looks great when used in combination with standard embroidery.
