What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil pattern of a design or text. The stenciled design forms open areas of mesh that allows the ink to come through as an image. Each color in the design get its own screen and then each screen is laid down on the shirts one at a time. After all the screens are printed, the final image is revealed.
Screen printing is usually the most affordable way to decorate clothing and is most commonly used on t-shirts.
